About these terms

These terms apply to coaching and practice products from Exam Lifeboat, run by Harjot Singh, a sole trader based in Birmingham, UK. All coaching is one-to-one (or small group, where booked) and online via Zoom. Prices are in pounds sterling.

Free diagnostic

The 30-minute diagnostic session is free and comes with no obligation to book.

Booking and payment

  • Plans (Basic, Premium, Fast-Track, DAA Resit Rescue, Board Prep Pack) are paid in full before the first session.
  • Single sessions are paid before the session takes place.
  • Payment is by bank transfer to the details we send you on WhatsApp. You'll receive a written confirmation once payment arrives.

Scheduling

  • The timetable for each week is set on the Sunday before. Please send any changes to your availability by Saturday.
  • Extra sessions need 2–3 days' notice so a slot can be reserved for you.

Rescheduling and missed sessions

  • You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice.
  • A session cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, or missed without notice, counts as used. Genuine emergencies are treated case by case.
  • If we need to cancel a session, you'll be offered a replacement at no cost.

How long plans last

Sessions should be used within 3 months of your first session for Basic, Fast-Track, DAA Resit Rescue and the Board Prep Pack, and within 4 months for Premium.

Your right to cancel

You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking.

Practice tests and downloads

  • Online mock tests and downloadable practice packs are available as soon as you buy them. By starting a test or downloading a file, you agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends.
  • If a product doesn't work as described, we'll fix it.
  • If you buy a mock test and then book a coaching plan within 30 days, the mock test price comes off the plan.
  • Materials are for your personal use only. Please don't share, copy or resell them.

Results

We work hard to improve your score, but we can't guarantee a particular result in any test or selection process. Selection decisions are made by the organisations that run them.

Candidates under 16

If the candidate is under 16, a parent or guardian must make the booking and agree to these terms.

Independence

Exam Lifeboat is an independent coaching service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the RAF, Royal Navy, British Army, UCAT Consortium or any test publisher. All practice questions are our own original work.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
